How To Unlock Leadership Opportunities By Using LinkedIn Like a Creator
Build your personal funnel to market yourself while you sleep
Read Time: 3 minutes 49 seconds
If I’m being honest, I became a creator by accident. I didn’t set out with a clear mission to write daily. I stepped gingerly into this world when the business we bought lost 40% of its traffic overnight due to a Google algorithm change.
But that obstacle created an opportunity, one that opened up a whole new chapter in my life.
And thankfully, it’s a world that made sense to me quickly because of the decades I spent recruiting top talent.
What do these two worlds have in common?
Funnels.

With a funnel like that, 200 applications yield 1.25 hires. Job filled!
Creators think similarly. They write daily to attract people into their funnel, knowing that a percentage of those people will ultimately buy from them.

While you can get sophisticated over time with steps, automated sequences, and highly accurate metrics, what matters early on is the concept. You want to know your desired outcome so you can reverse engineer the steps in your funnel most likely to produce that outcome.
What is your desired outcome:
